What the guarantee covers
Any SubscribeIP plan (3, 6, 12 or 24 months), including extra connections and proxy protection, can be refunded within 30 calendar days of payment confirmation. The guarantee applies whatever the term.
How to request a refund
- Message us on WhatsApp or email 93trackour@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Give the email address used at checkout and the payment date.
- Optionally tell us what did not work. This is not required and does not affect the decision.
No form, no retention call. We confirm the request in the same conversation.
Timing and method
The refund is made by the same method used for payment, usually within 3 to 7 working days after confirmation. Bank processing times may vary.
What is not covered
- Requests received more than 30 days after payment confirmation.
- Accounts disabled for credential sharing or resale.
- Issues caused by your internet connection or an incompatible device, if support was not contacted to attempt a fix.
After the refund
Access is disabled as soon as the refund is confirmed. No card is stored on this site, so no later charge is possible.
