SubscribeIP respects intellectual property rights. We name no broadcaster, premium channel or rights holder on this site, and we respond to compliant notices promptly.
Reporting content
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- Precise identification of the content concerned (channel name, title, time, or anything that lets us locate it).
- Your contact details: name, address, email.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Processing
On receipt of a complete notice we acknowledge it, review the request and remove or disable access to the content concerned where the request is valid. We then inform the notifier of the outcome.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address, including identification of the content, your contact details, a good-faith statement and your signature.
Repeat infringers
Accounts subject to repeated valid notices are terminated.
