1. The service
SubscribeIP gives access, for a fixed term chosen at checkout (3, 6, 12 or 24 months), to live television channels and an on-demand catalogue delivered over the internet. The service is used through a compatible app installed on a device you own.
2. Ordering and payment
You build your plan on this site, then confirm the order on WhatsApp. Payment is made once and covers the whole term. No card is entered or stored on this site. There is no automatic renewal: when the term ends, access stops unless you order a new term.
3. Activation
Your login is sent by email after payment confirmation, usually within minutes. We tell you which app to install for your device. You are responsible for the compatibility of your device and your internet connection (around 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K).
4. Connections and options
One simultaneous stream is included. Extra connections (up to 4) and proxy protection are options billed separately, chosen at checkout. Sharing credentials beyond the number of paid connections, or reselling them, leads to account termination without refund.
5. Content and availability
Channels and programmes vary by package and can change, including which broadcaster carries a competition from one season to the next. We do not guarantee the availability of a specific channel or competition. If you come for specific content, ask us before paying.
6. Refunds
You have 30 calendar days after payment confirmation to request a full refund, no reason needed. The procedure is on the refunds page.
7. Acceptable use
The service is for personal, private use. Public rebroadcast, resale, extraction or automated access is prohibited.
8. Support
Support is available 24/7 on WhatsApp and by email at 93trackour@gmail.com. We do not display a guaranteed response time.
9. Liability
The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current term. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your connection, your device or events beyond our control.
10. Intellectual property
We publish a DMCA policy and act on valid notices. We do not claim to carry any named broadcaster.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated. The last update date appears at the top of this page. Current orders remain governed by the terms in force at the time of payment.
